Un Integrador de Sistemas ha utilizado la plataforma programable de visión aritificial Atalaya para desarrollar DGSentinel, una solución completa para monitorizar el transporte de mercancías peligrosas por carretera.

DGSentinel responde a la creciente preocupación de las administraciones por la seguridad del transporte de mercancías peligrosas.

El sistema monitoriza en tiempo real la carretera, para identificar los vehículos transportando mercancías peligrosas. Al detectar un vehículo de estas características, DGSentinel captura y analiza las matrículas del vehículo (tipo mercancía peligrosa, cabeza tractora, remolque).

DGSentinel mejora la gestión y la seguridad del transporte de mercancías peligrosas por carretera y proporciona una respuesta más eficaz frente a incidentes.
